ci: rebuild the container image 
The registry no longer has the pinned main-<sha>-<ts> tag this deployment
uses, and the repository had lost its REGISTRY_TOKEN secret, so the build
could not authenticate. The secret is restored; this empty commit triggers
the workflow, which has no workflow_dispatch trigger.
